“Team” is such an overused phrase in today’s business climate. But what the project team on this project has achieved is truly more than could have been hoped for. Despite tight budgets authorized by Congress, the project has managed to stay ahead of schedule and under budget from start to finish.

With the aggressive schedule Danis maintained, the project reached Substantial Completion fully 9 months ahead of the overall schedule. This was done while achieving quality that the Architect and his consultants claimed is better than they had ever encountered.

The U.S. Courts, the designers and GSA are thrilled with the effort and professionalism show by Danis Building Construction Company. I personally hope that in the future I have the opportunity to work again with Danis.

PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The preconstruction phase is the foundation of the entire construction project. Without a rigorous and meticulous preconstruction process it is a guarantee that you will pay too much and the construction will take too long. While that sounds like a bold claim, the success of any project is determined during preconstruction. With a full-time staff of 6 preconstruction managers, 18 estimators and 4 Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) specific estimators we are extremely accurate with our conceptual estimates and budgeting.

In the last five years we have completed 96% of our projects 1 – 3% below the preconstruction budgets.

Danis offers you cost certainty in very uncertain times. This is extremely important in keeping our clients comfortable, especially when prices over the past few years have been escalating so rapidly.
